A Polymer Technologist, Researcher, Adviser by profession, having a set of business expertise in the field of plastics materials and its applications. A blend of educational background which consist of Business management, Technology and Chemistry with a decade of exposure in Plastics industries involving in Raw material, Polymerization, Plastics compounding, and Recycling industries are the foundation which builds me as an Experts. In-depth Experiences, sound knowledge of Plastic materials and its application are gained by working with many organization’s, various industrial divisions like – Sales and marketing, R&D, Product & Colour Development, Technical Support and Application Development. Expertise to handle all types of plastic material from commodity to Specialty Plastics compound.

Who Am I

Introduction

Mr. Himanshu Srivastava currently holds the position of Product and Application Development Manager at Natpet Schulman Speciality Plastics (NSSPC), Yanbu, Saudi Arabia since July’2018. NSSPC is 50:50 Joint venture company between National Petrochemical Company (Saudi Base) and Europe based company A. Schulman (now Lyondellbasell). He has worked with R&D, QA and Technical support of many organisations. He started his career with NPL, Silvassa, UT, followed by Bhansali Engineering Plastics Limited (BEPL), Abu Road, Rajasthan and R&D Centre of INEOS Styrolution India Limited, Vadodara, Gujrat. Prior to his current assignment, he was associated with Ester Industries Ltd, Khatima, Uttakhand in R&D Department.

Mr. Himanshu Srivastava has awarded his Master of Technology degree (M. Tech) in Plastics Engineering and Technology from Biju Patnaik Technical University, Orissa in 2010 at campus of Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Bhubaneswar, Orissa. This is under the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. He has finished his project and thesis work at the R&D wing of CIPET, Laboratory for Advance research in Polymeric Materials (LARPM). Mr. Srivastava had received his Master of Science (M.Sc) degree from Gorakhpur University in the year 2008 and was ranked top position. He is career oriented person and believes in upgrading himself with the time. He has done Master of Business Administration (MBA) in marketing Management from Geneva Business School in Y-2022.

He has done Professional Certificate Programme in Design Thinking and Innovation Management from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM). Apart from this he has many short term certificate courses like - Quality Tools, Development, Product and Management field with different organisations in India and globally as well.
